PRANA ARAMBHA - An Exclusive Online Pranayama Course by Prashant J Yoga
But what does it truly mean to begin living? Most of us exist only on the physical level—yet even that remains incomplete.
Yoga teaches the art of living through five dimensions of existence: 1. Physical (Annamaya – The Five Elements) 2. Energy (Pranamaya – Life Force) 3. Mental (Manomaya – Chitta, Mind Substance) 4. Intellect (Vijnanamaya – Buddhi, Higher Knowledge) 5. Bliss (Anandamaya – Pure Joy and Oneness)
Our consciousness moves through these dimensions, and impurities at each level prevent us from fully experiencing life by blocking the physical, mental, and energetic awareness.
To truly live, we must purify the body, mind, and energy. PRANA ARAMBHA is a practice that reconnects you to these five dimensions, awakening the life force within. A powerful way to start your day—by truly beginning to live.
PRANA ARAMBHA is a 5 hours Pranic Course (Online Yoga Course).
It has 13 recorded videos sessions (each will be around 30 minutes).
You have to master over this course in 21 days including regular practice. You can unlock one video at a time.
Next video practice will be available after completion of the previous video.
In this exclusive course i have explained some very important and necessary Pranic practices of today’s time which can bring you the steadiness of the mind.
This is a short course which doesn’t need much time so I believe you can devote your 30 minutes to this inner spiritual development.
Now, I am pursuing my PhD. and I’m on a mission to share the authentic yogic practices (mentioned in ancient scriptures) in accessible ways, especially for modern minds.
I came to know about you this year, around March, through your YouTube video on Surya Namaskar. Couldn’t learn in person, hence joined your yoga class in April. Since then, I’ve learned from other teachers of Yoga Vidya School as well and from outside. The key 🗝️ things which I observed about you and your teaching style are: 1. You are an amazing Sadhak, the key quality of a good yoga teacher. You are so disciplined, balanced, and grounded at the same time. 2. You inspire everyone and teach practices verified through your own experience. 3. Most importantly, you teach yoga as a "unique spiritual journey" and not merely a physical exercise. You transform the same asanas into meditative practices by keeping the body still and focusing on drishti and breathing, making it pranayama.
Thank you!
Thanks a lot, please keep teaching us and letting us grow under your guidance 🙏🙏🙏🙏
God bless you And your Family Prashant ji
I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for taking the time to create such a beautiful pranayama sadhana for us. As your student for many years, I regret not being able to join the live classes because of timing issues, but I've been diligently practicing with the recordings. I'm thrilled to share that I haven't missed a single day of sadhana, and I've noticed significant progress in my breathing and ability to sit for longer periods. I can now complete my entire 30-40 minute sadhana in padmasana without any discomfort.
Thank you for your guidance and wisdom. Your teachings have had a profound impact on my life.
Having managed Endometriosis Stage 4 with yoga asana and pranayama for five years, I feel incredibly grateful to live a pain-free life. While recovering from a major surgery, I am unable to practice certain techniques like Kumbhak and holding the navel and pelvic area, Thank you for your guidance and wisdom. Your teachings have had a profound impact on my life. I know these practices will stay with me and enrich my future sadhana once I’ve fully recovered. but I am truly grateful for this opportunity to learn from you and look forward to continuing this journey of growth.
Thank you Guruji.
I couldn't get a chance to share my experience in the session today, but I would go ahead and share it here. Joining the Pranayama Sadhana with you has been a transformative experience. As a yoga instructor and practitioner, I felt deeply connected to you after attending your Yoga Sutra classes, where you served not just as a teacher but as a mentor and guide. I joined this Sadhana to deepen my practice and truly understand the intricacies of breathwork, recognizing how many people overlook the basics before starting any yoga practice (Specially pranayama).
Thank you very much.

The Three Pillars of a Strong Practice According to the Yogic Sutras: स तु दीर्घकाल नैरन्तर्य सत्कार सेवितो दृढभूमिः (Sa tu deerghakala nairantarya satkara sevitodridhabhoomi)
A practice becomes deeply rooted when nurtured by: 1. Deerghkala – Sustained over a long period 2. Nairantarya – Done regularly, without interruption 3. Satkar – Practiced with trust, faith, and positive intention
A well-grounded practice is not just a routine—it is a journey of deeper self-connection.
If you ever feel like your practice isn’t yielding results, reflect on these three foundations. Are you missing one? If so, reconnect with your intention, stay consistent, and allow the transformation to unfold. If results are slow, check if you’re missing one of these pillars.
